This program ensure the smooth and efficient running of the property by training those positions closest to the guests with innovative way. The program combines knowledge and skills sections into single tasks so that all of the information needed to perform a particular task can be found in one place. It serves as an outline for trainers and supervisors, providing specific guidance on how to train each task.

Time

Registration starts at 8.30 am on the first day. Classes start at 9 am end 5 pm. Morning and lunch break will be served at appropriate times. Exam will be held on the last day.

Deposit & Payment

Full fees are required upon submission of application. Fee includes: START Study Guide; First Exam; Certificate and Lapel Pin upon successful completion of the exam.

Cancellation 

Once participant prerequisites have been approved by AHLEI, no applicant transfer, substitute, or cancellation are allowed.
