The Certified Hospitality REVENUE MANAGER (CHRM®) candidate is competent and is able to maximize revenue opportunities and optimise profit. Fifty percent or more of the duties and responsibilities involve revenue management, including forecasting, analysing inventories, rates and occupancy. Manage input of data and report generation. Manage block activity and monitor property management system. Manage and supervise reservations.
Registration starts at 8.30 am on the first day. Classes start at 9 am end 5 pm. Morning and lunch break will be served at appropriate times. Exam will be held on the last day.
Full fees are required upon submission of application. Fee includes: CHRM® Exam Preparation Booklet, Application and Exam Fee; Certificate and Lapel Pin upon successful completion of the exam.
Once CHRM® participant prerequisites have been approved by AHLEI, no applicant transfer, substitute, or cancellation are allowed.
