The Certified Restaurant Server (CRS®) certification recognizes the skills and knowledge needed to succeed as a food service professional at a front-line position in a dining facility. This certification is supported by the START (Skills, Tasks, and Result Training) Program. This certification and training resource provides the skills and knowledge training objectives with performance assessments to achieve success and recognition for the job and to increase productivity. Successful candidates who complete the program and pass the certification exam will receive a certificate, lapel pin and global recognition for their accomplishment.

Registration starts at 8.30 am on the first day. Classes start at 9 am end 5 pm. Morning and lunch break will be served at appropriate times. Exam will be held on the last day.
Full fees are required upon submission of application. Fee includes: START Restaurant Server Study Guide, Application and Exam Fee, Certificate and Lapel Pin upon successful completion of the exam.
Once CRS® participant prerequisites have been approved by AHLEI, no applicant transfer, substitute, or cancellation are allowed.
