Competency based Behavioral interviewing (CBBI) is a popular approach to assess a candidate’s past experiences and judge his/her response to similar situations on a future job. This variety of interviewing is based on the premise that past performance in comparable circumstances is the best predictor of future perform

Good HR practitioner or Hiring Managers, business owner who performs an effective interview must consider that the interviewee’s behaviour is an important factor in predicting future performance. The candidate’s behaviour, experiences and qualifications are the vital details that must be identified. To be effective, a good interviewer plans for a structured interview and adopts behaviour-based interview for selection of candidates. This means that the interviewer needs to use the skills, tools and behavioural questions to conduct interviews objectively. The outcome is to hire candidates based on their past/current job performance, competencies and cultural “fit” for their organisation.

Participants will be taken through a structured interview process and develop the relevant skills/approach for achieving the interview outcomes that will benefit both the candidate and the organisation.

Time

Registration starts at 8.30 am on the first day. Classes start at 9 am end 5 pm. Morning and lunch break will be served at appropriate times.

Deposit & Payment

In order to secure the said training on a define basis, kindly effect 50% Deposit on the total costs for the training requirements upon confirmation. This deposit is non-refundable. Balance 50% of the total costs is require seven (7) days prior to the training.

Cancellation & Transfer

Please note that should this registration is cancelled fourteen (14) days before the day of the training, a 50% cancellation charge will be imposed. If cancellation is made seven (7) days before the training, full payment of the training will be levied. Please note that amendments can only be made to above arrangement by giving a minimum of three (3) working days’ notice.
