Ir. Sharul Mizan bin Mohamad Saleh, CHA holds a Bachelor in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, London in 2013. He is also registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia since 2009 as a Professional Engineer with Practising Certificate in electrical branch.

He came back to Malaysia after finishing his degree to assume the post as an Electrical Engineer with Tenaga Nasional Berhad. He was in charge of Operation & Maintenance of distribution network covering all electrical installations up to 33kV for the southern districts in Kelantan. The job scope is very challenging considering the terrain conditions of the area and the aging components within the networks that had been there for decades. He learnt from the best on how to ensure continuous and reliable electricity supply to the customers with the manpower, equipments and technologies available at his disposal.

He was later appointed as Branch Manager for TNB Distribution Kuala Selangor in 2006, in charge of now much more expanded scope to include customer service, projects as well as planning of the TNB distribution system in the district of Kuala Selangor. He was later promoted as the Special Officer (Technical) to the Chief Operating Officer of TNB in his final 3 years service with TNB. During this period, he was further exposed into other matters related to transmission and generation divisions of TNB.

In 2011, he decided to venture into hospitality industry as result of his continuous inclination towards close interaction with people. He assumed the post of General Manager of Hotel Midah Kuala Lumpur, a 3-star hotel and was in charge of the day-to-day running of the Hotel until September 2017. In 2015 he completed his Diploma in Hotel Management by MAHTEC and subsequently in the year 2016 obtained certification from American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLEI) as Certified Hotel Administrator. Throughout 6 years with Hotel Midah, he has gained experience in managing various other businesses under the same group such as golf course restaurant outlet as well as planning & construction of Hotel Midah’s sister hotel in Puchong.

He recently joined a group of companies with involvement in various activities such as hospitality, food & beverages, construction, travels and engineering.
