Reuben S. Peter, has over 20 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry specializing in Human Resources Management and Training & Development. He holds a Diploma in Hotel Management (AHLA) and a Masters in Human Resources Management from The Paris Graduate School of Management.
Being the Director of Human Resources for several four & five star hotels in Kuala Lumpur for a total of 10 years, Reuben has decided to pursue his dreams and passion to share his wealth of knowledge and experience to train and develop many other individuals to discover their true talent which will ultimately benefit the Organization. Reuben works very closely with various organizations to tailor make the training programs to suite the Organization’s culture, standards and needs on the focus of intangible Return on Investment.
With over 15 years of experience in the training field covering areas such as human resources management, managerial skills, excellence guests services, suggestive selling techniques for Front Office & Food & Beverage and Hospitality English Communication. Through his innovative ideas and practices as a Human Resources & Training professional, Reuben had also managed to achieve an award for his former employer which was awarded by the Ministry of Human Resources titled “Rural Accelerated Industrial Skill for Employability (RAISE)” .
