Peiyin grew up in Bahau, Negeri Sembilan. Immersing herself in the corporate environment for almost 20 years afforded her a lot of learning experience. Having worked and lived in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, and now Hong Kong has equipped her with great insights of people chemistry, stakeholder management, business leadership, and cross-cultural management skills. And all the learning and life experiences have been a crucible out of which came the person Peiyin has become today – a person who highly values respect and trust, and embraces diversity.
Peiyin is the published author of “Stop Blaming. You can make things happen too”. She believes that we are all naturally resourceful and deserves to live a happy life. Her strong belief in people is the driver for changing her course from 2-decade of corporate life into her current capacity as a certified coach and facilitator – all for people development, an area very close to her heart.
Peiyin holds the degrees of Master of Business Administration and Master of Management from Macquerie Graduate School of Management (Sydney) as well as Bachelor Degree of Science (chemistry) from University of Malaya.
