Puan Norhaizam Bt Md Sani equipped herself with extensive experience in the field of Halal Food Industries. Holding a Bachelor of Food Science & Technology and Diploma in Human Development both awarded by University Putra Malaysia (UPM).
Her experience includes areas such as research and development, consultation and training. Due to her active involvement in the Halal programs, she had horn her skills and specializes in establishing food safety system and Halal compliance, implement HACCP program for Dewina Food Industries, member in module developing Halal courses and had been part of Halal Internal Audits.
Her career started as early in 1991 as Head of Research & Development at Dewina Food Industries. She continue to strive and work her way up and earned herself the Senior Consultant for HACCP and GMP certification program for BPMI Consulting Sdn Bhd. She is one of the Managers for Training at Halal Development Corporation since year 2008 till present.
Her passion in sharing information regarding Halal spurs her to continue to do the same for others in the hospitality industry. Her current training specialization covers areas such as Understanding Halal, Understanding the Halal Industry, Best Halal Practices in the Food Industry, Effective Halal Operations in Food Industry and Halal Internal Auditing.
