Maggie Ong has over 35 years of experience in business and hospitality management. She has been actively involved with the Malaysian Association of Hotels (MAH) since 2010, beginning at the Chapter level and progressing to the National Board. She currently serves as the Honorary Treasurer General for the 2022–2025 term. In addition to her role in MAH, Maggie is the Vice President of the Perak Tourism Association and is actively engaged in tourism-related initiatives, working closely with NGOs and government agencies to create business opportunities for MICE and inbound travel within member hotels. She also holds the Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) credential from the American Hotel & Lodging Association, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and industry standards.
